For any damaged products, please Contact Us with the order number and the item that has been damaged. We will process your order with a refund or exchange as you request.

You should expect to receive your refund when the package for return is confirmed to be delivered back to our warehouse and has been picked up by a carrier. 

To start your return process, simply visit the Contact Us page and leave a comment stating your order number and your reason for returning the item.

Shipping offers free shipping on all orders over $15 (Order total amount will be determined by the subtotal and will exclude taxes and fees). Free shipping only applies to the Continental (48 contiguous states) United States.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Exchange Limits on Promotions

For Promotion A: "5 Assorted 100% Silk Ties for $19.99", and Promotion B: "Pick 3 of 9 100% Silk Ties for $17.99" Offers, you must decide to:

A) Keep ALL your Promotion items
B) Exchange ALL your Promotion items
C) Refund ALL your Promotion items

If you choose to B) Exchange ALL your Promotion items, then there is a limit of TWO (2) exchanges for each Promotion.
